Carmen Rae Blankenship
WV News John and Patricia Sprouse. She graduated in 1984 from Logan high School and later Garnett Career Center. She worked many years as a Phlebotomist at CAMC General Division and later LabCorp. She was preceeded in death by her father John in 2012. |
